AtéCé recently opened a brand new international distribution center in Alkmaar in the Netherlands for forwarding and exporting graphic consumables. “Our new warehouse in the distribution center has more than 6,000 pallet spaces,” says Managing Director Bert Schelhaas. 'The expansion was desperately needed to keep the stocks of Nova offset plates, Deutsche Druckfarben printing inks and other consumables for customers at the required level. The international distribution center is our fourth location on the Boekelermeer business park.'

Bert Schelhaas: 'The occupation of the new DC will create more space for expanding our production capacity for washcloth rolls, printing blankets, coating plates and underpacking materials at the Ivoorstraat location. Because with these graphic consumables we continue to achieve significant growth every year, especially in exports. We are now one of the larger players on the European market that make these products. More than 3,500 pallet spaces remain in use at this production location and another 3,900 in the warehouses across the street. For the time being, all locations in Alkmaar offer enough space, but for how long? You never know...!'

These are marketed on the (international) market under their own brand names or under private label.

AtéCé Nova offset plates and Deutsche Druckfarben printing inks are produced under license - according to our own specifications - exclusively for AtéCé Nova by specialized manufacturers. These are distributed in the Benelux, Germany and worldwide through a dealer network.

AtéCé also has an ink innovation center with a professionally equipped laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment for testing printing inks and ink product innovations. The special mixing service for offset and flexo inks is also housed here.
